From topic to published course in under a minute
Creating a professional eLearning course used to mean weeks of work. Briefing a content team. Writing scripts. Building slides. Configuring a SCORM package. Testing. Reviewing. Publishing.
For many organisations — particularly those without a dedicated L&D team — that process was simply out of reach. Training either didn't happen, or it was delivered through a static PDF and a tick-box.
We decided to change that….
Introducing AI Course Builder
Type a topic. Choose a level and duration. Click generate.
In under a minute, you have a fully structured course: modules, lessons, body text, key points, real-world examples, and a module quiz — all ready to review, edit, and publish directly to learners.
What it actually produces
This isn't a template filler. The AI writes contextually accurate content tailored to UK workplace learning — GDPR, health and safety, data protection, equality and diversity, manual handling, cybersecurity — whatever your compliance or skills training requirement is.
Each lesson includes:
Body text written at the right level for your audience (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced)
A hero statistic — a striking fact that anchors the lesson and grabs attention
Key points summarised as visual icon cards
A real-world UK workplace scenario to make the content memorable
A callout box — warning, legal requirement, tip, or example — automatically chosen to suit the content
Module quizzes include multiple choice, true/false, and drag-and-match questions — shuffled on every attempt — with individual question editing so authors can refine questions without regenerating the entire quiz.
Interactive elements — because reading isn't learning
Authors can add interactive elements to any lesson with a single click:
Accordions — expandable sections that let learners explore topics at their own pace
Scenarios — workplace situations with four answer options and immediate feedback
These aren't bolt-ons. They're generated by AI from the lesson content and appear seamlessly within the course flow.
Already have content? Import your PowerPoint
If your team has existing slide decks, you can import them directly. Each slide becomes a lesson page in the SCORM package — fully navigable, with sidebar, progress tracking, and quiz support.
Full workflow — from draft to published
The Course Builder includes a complete review and approval workflow with automated email notifications at every stage:
Author generates and edits a course
Submits for review — reviewer receives an email with a direct link
Reviewer approves or rejects with notes — author is notified with a link back to the builder
Author publishes — and here's where it gets interesting
When you click Publish, the system automatically:
Creates the LMS product record
Builds and uploads the SCORM package
Links the package to the product
Sends the author an email with a direct link to the live product page
No manual SCORM upload. No product setup. One click.
A note on AI content
We believe in being transparent. All content generated by the Course Builder uses artificial intelligence, and we display a clear disclaimer throughout the tool. AI-generated content should always be reviewed by a subject matter expert before publishing to learners — the Course Builder makes that review fast, not unnecessary.
What this means for your organisation
A compliance course that previously took two to four weeks to commission and produce can now be created, reviewed, and published in a day.
That means:
Faster response to regulatory changes
Lower cost per course
No dependency on external content agencies for standard compliance training
Consistent quality across your entire course library
Built into your LMS — not another tool to manage
The AI Course Builder lives inside the In2itive LMS. No separate logins, no integration headaches, no additional platform to learn. If you already use In2itive, this is available to you now.
If you're not yet an In2itive customer and you're spending significant time or budget on eLearning content production, we'd like to show you what's possible.
